Rotating Ultrasonic Testing Machine
The ROTAs we offer and which we have been producing since the 70ies, deviate from the rotations usually available at the market since they use a contactless maintenance-free system for the ultrasonic signal transmission and on the other hand they can be operated with very high rotation speeds due to the usage of a redundancy oil distributing system, which has a positive effect on the test throughput.

For the entire product range we may say that our ROTAs are the fastest ultrasonic rotations at the market. Next to a very high production availability we stand for a complete spare part supply for all ROTAs which have been delivered since 1972. A ROTA will never be that worn out that it could not be repaired.

The RotaEcho testing electronics is a high-performance, universal ultrasonic electronic specially tailored to the particular requirements for the test with ROTA ultrasonic rotation lines due to the accompanying software. It is characterized by:
